A pinch of salt pays homage to distillery’s location in the shadow of an extinct volcano, and the rich, volcanic soil that is sets the terroir (and resulting flavour) apart.
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Volcán Tequila Blanco
- 45ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 20ml Agave Syrup
- Soda Water
- Pinch of Salt
METHOD
Garnish a highball glass with a black lava salt rim. Combine all ingredients except soda in a shaker filled with cubed ice and shake hard for around ten seconds. Strain into glass over fresh ice before lengthening the serve with soda water and placing a fresh grapefruit wedge on top for garnish.
