Terms & Conditions


[Admission]
* Admission is strictly by personal invitation only.
* Sale and transfer of invitation to others, and posting of invitation publicly is strictly forbidden. 

[Product, Pricing, Returns]
* All sales are final. Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted unless damaged on receiving.
* Purchases are strictly for personal use or genuine gifts to your family and friends without monetary or non-monetary reimbursement.
* Resale by any channel including informal/personal means are strictly forbidden.
* All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and are only secured upon confirmation of dispatch
* Final prices are determined at checkout. 
* For all online orders, you must contact our team at point of receiving your order to report any damages (if any)
* Any re-sale or attempted re-sale of items purchased at the Staff Sale will result in disciplinary action, including potential dismissal.
* If product is unsupplied, the credit will be processed to the same card within 10 working days

* Mins/Max’s based on specific items, indicated on product page
* Maximum 1 orders per invite.
* Only 1 delivery address per order.

[Delivery]

* Orders under $200 will incur a shipping cost of: $15 AUD
* Delivery outside of Australia is not available & PO boxes not available
* You need to be over 18 to place an order & accept a order.
* ID maybe required on receiving the order
* Estimated delivery time: within the week (for Metro). Expect up to 2 weeks for regional.
*Delivery will be made via Mainfreight, a notification will be sent to your email on dispatch.
*You will need to be home to accept delivery.

* Payment by Visa, Mastercard & AMEX.
* Payment in AUD only.
