From 14 select plots in three of our finest Malbec high-altitude vineyards in Argentina's mountains, we create this Terrazas de los Andes Malbec’s complex and full-bodied harmony of flavors. The red-fruit aromas and soft tannins of our in transition to organic grapes from Luján de Cuyo are delightfully layered with notes of plums and spice from our Uco Valley plots, to reveal our fullest Andes Malbec.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Intense red colour with voilet hues

Aroma: The intense and complex aromatic expression of mountain Malbec. It combines aromas of raspberry and cherry black of las Compuertas, plumb and violet from Paraje Altamira and blueberry and fresh herbs o f Los Chacayes

Taste: Great concentration of tannis that lead to a creamy and unctous mouthfeel. It's balanced acidity and firm tannins contribute to a pleasant and persistent finish

FOOD PAIRINGS

Ideal to pair with grilled and slow-cooked beef with wine reductions. This wine also pairs beautifully with stewed lamb and mature or smoked cheese.
