Nose: soft and inviting, with notes of vanilla and cream

Palate: full and round with medium body and a naturally smooth, rich and velvety texture. Light vanilla notes sway between sweet and savory, with a hint of black pepper and spice.

Finish: sustained with notes of almond

Belvedere Organic Vodka is elegant and balanced with a hint of vanilla, almond and pepper – it pairs perfectly with savory dishes, such as: Smoked salmon served with blinis, Savory meats, Dumplings – Polish Pierogi or Chinese Dim Sum. Dark Breads like Rye and Pumpernickel.

Ingredients

60 ml / 2 oz Belvedere Vodka

7.5 ml / 0.25 oz Dry Vermouth

Directions

Add all ingredients to mixing glass over cubed ice. Stir for
15/20 seconds to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled martini glass and
garnish with a grapefruit twist.
