Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017 combines the mineral tension that is now an iconic Dom Pérignon signature. Between opulence and edginess, roundness and straightness, it reconciles opposites. Crafted from a challenging growing season, this vintage reveals a captivating harmony of vibrant acidity, delicate bitterness, and generous fruit. The palate is both refined and expressive, unfolding layers of floral notes, ripe stone fruits, citrus, and subtle spice, with a silky texture and remarkable energy. Its dynamic character evolves beautifully in the glass, creating a tasting experience that is both intriguing and memorable. Nose and palate: Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 stands out for its complex
aromatic flavour profile combining intense roasted and cocoa notes, balanced by
delicate floral aromas of lime blossom, jasmine and peony. Elevated by a
bouquet of spices such as aniseed and cardamom, Dom Pérignon 2015 also offers a
fruity, botanical freshness, with subtle hints of orange and green papaya. This
blend of flavours creates the perfect taste harmony for lovers of fine wine.

The 2015 vintage wine is characterised by its breadth and delicacy, offering
a unique sensory experience. Notes of peach, nectarine, citrus and gentian
create a harmonious blend, giving the wine a rich texture and a diverse
aromatic palate. This rich, well-balanced cuvée captures the essence of the
exceptional terroirs from which it comes, promising a memorable wine tasting
    experience.

Épernay, Champagne, France. Dom Pérignon vintages are produced using the
best grapes on the estate. Each one is a unique creation with a style and an
identity which are unique to its vintage: it is down to the Chef de Cave to
decide if the vintage will be declared. “If the fruit we have harvested doesn’t
satisfy the Dom Pérignon Champagne criteria, there will not be a vintage that
    year.” explains Richard Geoffroy.

When it comes to wine pairing, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 expresses its distinctive character particularly well with choice seafood such as caviar, king crab and langoustine. The wine’s aromatic profile also pairs perfectly with meats with tangy notes, such as pork, lamb or duck. Exotic touches of kiwi and guava, along with green curry spices, accentuate the stimulating complexity of this vintage, offering a rich and soothing wine tasting experience.
