In less than a decade, the "Or" range has become the signature of Château Minuty. This wine is a blend made principally from Grenache, giving the wine a full-bodied character but balanced with the freshness from the Cinsault, creating an elegant and emblematic Provence Rosé.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: A light salmon

Aroma: sun-drenched and freshly picked ripe fruit almond, ranging from peach and pear to melon

Taste: It's full and crisp, powerful yet pure like flavoured spring water

Beatifully paired with a variety of dishes as it helps to bring out the spices. Try it with seafood such as oysters, prawns and shellfish or exotic Asian dishes such as pd thai

ORIGIN

Côtes de Provence, France. Gabriel Farnet, who already owned Domaine de Châteauneuf in Vidauban, acquired Château Minuty in 1936. The estate was originally built under Napoleon III, as was the small chapel that gave its name to the cuvée de l'Oratoire, which remained the emblematic bottle for a long time. Many palaces on the Côte d'Azur still have these bulging bottles. Today, Jean-Etienne and François Matton have taken over and continue to develop Minuty.
